Damaged Items:

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For damaged or missing item(s), please send us an email and include a photo of the damaged product and your order number.

Returns:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging including all plastic sleeves, cardboard boxes and covers in new condition. Items returned without their original “like new” packaging cannot be accepted and will be deemed used. Click here to read our full refund policy.
