The wait is almost over for you to receive your new #MatteBeauty products! See below for order and shipping information.

Order Processing
Please allow 48 business hours after your order is placed and payment is received for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

Orders placed on the weekends or on a Holiday will be processed the following open business day. During the Holiday season or if we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, orders can take an additional 3-4 business days to process. In the event that we experience high volume orders for specific items, please allow additional processing time for back-ordered items. Processing time includes packing your items and prepping for shipment and does not include shipping time.

Order Cancellations
We are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately here.

Shipping & Delivery
The delivery time after an order ships within the United States is 3-5 business days and 10-15 business days internationally. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. Orders with expedited shipping options will be shipped as quickly as possible with the shipping method selected at checkout. Matte Beauty is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, customs clearance, transportation failures, or acts of nature. We are also not responsible for any customs charges and fees.

Rejected Packages
Matte Beauty is not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. We cannot guarantee a replacement for lost or stolen packages.

Please note that Matte Beauty is not responsible for orders shipping to an incorrect address due to customer error. As we are unable to update the shipping address after an order has been processed, please double-check your shipping address information before completing your order.

In the event a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.

In the unlikely event you received an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please contact help@mattelashes.com to resolve the issue.

Domestic Shipping
We offer USPS shipping within the United States. All shipping rates will vary depending on location, weight, and delivery method selected. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. The customer will cover the shipping costs unless the order is within the USA. Orders within the United States will receive free shipping!

International Shipping
We offer international shipping with the exception of the following countries due to mail suspensions: Russia, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Chile, New Zealand. International shipping rates, transit time, handling fees, duties, and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

For the majority of our orders, import fees are not collected. We strive to make sure import fees are prevented, in rare circumstances when it does happen, Matte Beauty is not responsible for any customs charges made in the country of destination. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
