A 15-shade water-activated palette designed for graphic liner, face and body art. The matte formula creates bold, defined looks with long-lasting, transfer-resistant wear. Shades can also be mixed together to create custom colors. Each palette includes a fine detail brush for precise application.

How to Use: 

Activate the color with water. Mix with a brush until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved, then apply as desired.

Avoid using too much water, as an overly thin or watery consistency may affect application and wear. Allow the product to dry completely. Not recommended for use on the waterline.
