Water-Activated Artistry Palette

This cruelty-free, paraben-free, talc-free and vegan water-activated eyeliner palette includes 12 UV glow shades, as well as white, brown, and black (15 shades). Perfect for bold, graphic liner looks and safe for both face and body art, these paints dry down matte and offer all-day, transfer-proof wear. You can mix the colors to create your own unique shades. Easy to use and great for both beginners and professionals, the palette also includes a thin detail brush for precise application.

How to use: Wet your brush with water. Only use water to activate the liners. You can also use a spray bottle to spray water onto the product. Mix the product well with your brush until a creamy consistency is achieved. Apply the product as desired (not recommended for the waterline area) and allow it to fully dry. To avoid cracking or flaking, do not use too much water or apply too much product.
