How do I process a return?

What products qualify for a return?
Items eligible for return must be unused and you must contact us within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a return. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returned items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
What products do not qualify for a return?
Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns under any circumstances. Items eligible for return must be unused and in their original packaging, including all plastic sleeves, cardboard boxes, and covers in new condition. Items returned without their original “like new” packaging cannot be accepted and will be deemed used.
I received a damaged item. Can I get help?
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For damaged or missing item(s), please send us an email and include your order number and photos of the damaged product.
All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to reject a return if it does not meet any of the above requirements.
Do you offer exchanges?
We are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to order a different product, please contact help@mattelashes.com to start your return and place a new order for the item(s) you would like.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email here.
