Nude Water Activated Palette

• Wet your brush: Dip your eyeliner brush into a small bowl of water.
• Swirl the brush in the eyeliner: Dip the wet brush into the water-activated eyeliner and swirl it around until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
• Apply the eyeliner: Using the brush, apply the eyeliner to your eyelid. Water-activated eyeliners offer versatility, so don't be afraid to experiment with different shapes or designs.
• Let it dry: Once you've applied the eyeliner, allow it to dry completely before blinking or touching your eyelids.
