✅ How to use:

1. Wet your brush: Dip your eyeliner brush into a small bowl of water or run it under a faucet. Make sure the brush is fully saturated with water.

2. Swirl the brush in the eyeliner: Dip the wet brush into the water-activated eyeliner and swirl it around until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency. Start with a small amount of water and gradually add more if needed to reach the desired consistency.

3. Apply the eyeliner: Using the brush, apply the eyeliner to your eyelid. Water-activated eyeliners offer versatility, so don't be afraid to experiment with different shapes, designs, or graphic looks. You can create winged eyeliner, double lines, or even intricate patterns. For more precision, use a small brush, and for a bolder look, use a thicker brush.

4. Let it dry:  Once you've applied the eyeliner, allow it to dry completely before blinking or touching your eyelids. This will help ensure that the eyeliner sets and stays in place for an extended period.
