Wet your brush: Dip your eyeliner brush into a small bowl of water or run it under a faucet. Make sure the brush is fully saturated with water.

Swirl the brush in the eyeliner: Dip the wet brush into the water-activated eyeliner and swirl it around until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency. Start with a small amount of water and gradually add more if needed to reach the desired consistency.

Order Processing
Please allow 48 business hours after your order is placed and payment is received for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
Orders placed on the weekends or on a Holiday will be processed the following open business day. During the Holiday season or if we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, orders can take an additional 3-4 business days to process. In the event that we experience high volume orders for specific items, please allow additional processing time for back-ordered items. Processing time includes packing your items and prepping for shipment and does not include shipping time.
Order Cancellations

Shipping & Delivery
The delivery time after an order ships within the United States is 3-5 business days and 10-15 business days internationally. Delivery time for orders with free shipping may take longer. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. Orders with expedited shipping options will be shipped as quickly as possible with the shipping method selected at checkout. Matte Lashes is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, customs clearance, transportation failures, or acts of nature. We are also not responsible for any customs charges and fees.
Rejected Packages
Matte Lashes is not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. We cannot guarantee a replacement for lost or stolen packages.
Please note that Matte Lashes is not responsible for orders shipping to an incorrect address due to customer error. As we are unable to update the shipping address after an order has been processed, please double-check your shipping address information before completing your order. In the event a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.

Domestic Shipping
We offer USPS shipping to the Domestic United States. All shipping rates will vary depending on location, weight, and delivery method selected. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. The customer will cover the shipping costs unless the order is over $35. Orders $35+ within the United States will receive free shipping! Transit times by shipping type are below:

International Shipping
We offer international shipping with the exception of the following countries due to mail suspensions: Russia, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Chile, New Zealand. International shipping rates, transit time, handling fees, duties, and taxes will be calculated at checkout. For the majority of our orders, import fees are not collected. We strive to make sure import fees are prevented, in rare circumstances when it does happen, Matte Lashes is not responsible for any customs charges made in the country of destination. Returns
How do I process a return?
If you need to return your purchased item, please contact help@mattelashes.com to get started.
What products qualify for a return?
Items eligible for return must be unused you must contact us within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a return. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility and the original shipping costs are not refundable. Items with free delivery will be refunded at a discounted rate for the delivery costs incurred to send the item(s) to you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
What products do not qualify for a return?
Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns under any circumstances. Items eligible for return must be unused and in their original packaging, including all plastic sleeves, cardboard boxes, and covers in new condition. Items returned without their original “like new” packaging cannot be accepted and will be deemed used.
I received a damaged item. Can I get help?
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For damaged or missing item(s), please send us an email and include your order number and photos of the damaged product.
All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to reject a return if it does not meet any of the above requirements.
Do you offer exchanges?
We are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to order a different product, please contact help@mattelashes.com to start your return and place a new order for the item(s) you would like.
